Bonee is a Digital menu and an online ordering platform, used for ordering products, connected to our Partner’s accounts, which is accessed via portal dashboard (“business Dashboard”). The Ordering Platform and the Restaurant Dashboard comprises, and is collectively referred to as, the “Service.”

Food Ordering

Restaurants may represent food information such as allergen, calories, food preparation standards or specific ingredients. We do not investigate or verify the menus, ingredients, food preparation standards made by the restaurants or product quality. Therefore, we strongly advise you to contact the restaurant or the business page directly to check your specific requirements. By using the Service, you agree that you understand that Bonee is not responsible for any misunderstanding regarding your order.

Your Use Of the Service

While placing an order you shall be required to provide certain details, including contact number, delivery address and email address as well a valid payment method (either Credit Card or accepted payment). You agree to take particular care when providing these details, warrant that these details are accurate, and complete at the time of placing an Order. By providing these details, you express your acceptance to Bonee’s terms and privacy policies.

When you create an account with Bonee, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible of your password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You must keep your password confidential and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, all changes and updates submitted through your account, and all activities that occur in connection with your account. Your password must contain 6 digits Upper case, lower case, symbol and number.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Bonee, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information those Bonee Systems does not collect or save any payment data. In case of online payment, processing the whole payment information including the personal data will be collected and stored by the payment processor. The payment processor varies depending on the regions and payment methods.

You represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) and that (2) the information you provide to us is true, correct and complete.

Partners reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time, for certain reasons (product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Deliveries Partner using Bonee service may not deliver to every location. Bonee is not the delivery service agent, the partner has the right to choose the delivery distance which they are able to provide the delivery service.

Prices The price of the products listed on the Service are provided by the Partners. Partners have the right to change the prices any time, and the change will affect the prices of the new orders, the confirmed orders will not be affected by the price changes.

Chargeback / Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to the Partner refund policies. If you have a question about charges made to your account, please contact the Partner.
